  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of experience, or Master’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Program/Project Management, Engineering, Business Management, or related field
  • Experience working in Global Supply Chain
  • Experience with SAP and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
  • Experience in supplier financial reporting/forecasting, contracting/subcontracting, and supplier/program/product scheduling
  • Experience with Federal and Defense contracting requirements including ITAR and FAR/DFARS
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain DoD Secret Security clearance

Responsibilities
  • Develops supply chain strategy and leads activities for GSC in all phases of the Northrop Grumman Business Acquisition Process (BAP)
  • Manages the GSC scope for multifaceted program(s), proposal through close-out. Coordinates interdepartmental activity, directs communication, coordinates with Suppliers, and integrates efforts across all GSC functions
  • Coordinates cross-functionally to ensure supply chain commitments are met and that appropriate integrated mitigation or opportunity plans are developed and executed
  • Leads supply chain execution and is accountable for horizontal and vertical integration, resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity and issue management, supplier performance, and issue resolution
  • Aligns project scope and deliverables with customer requirements and works closely with the technical community
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills in supply chain, business management, operations, logistics, engineering, or program management
  • Briefs the GSCPM on the status and issues affecting program performance: Cost, risks and opportunities, and schedule
  • Will be involved in special projects and continuous improvement activities.

  • Proficient in Earned Value Management Systems
  • Control Account Manager (CAM) certification
  • ASCM/APICS Supply Chain Certifications
  • Experience working with multiple complex contracting types and agreements, including Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable, and possess knowledge relating to special payment provisions (progress of performance base payments)
