Requirements
  • Highly developed leadership, quantitative, and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to work outdoors at vehicle sites and recovery locations in all weather and traffic conditions, including lifting and carrying tires and parts weighing up to 50 pounds and bending, kneeling, and stooping as required for service calls.
  • Service Providers are required to provide a photograph for identification purposes.
Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic and tactical plans for business expansion opportunities, including annual budgets, business plans, and financial, market, and business analyses.
  • Execute behavioral tactics to achieve established goals.
  • Work closely with Emergency Road Service and AAA managers to support repair operations effectively.
  • Develop marketing campaigns and promotional copy with leadership and track their success.
  • Support other lines of business in developing and coordinating opportunities to maximize the repair center's exposure and cross-sell products.
  • Plan, recruit, and select the talent required to grow the business.
  • Provide active, engaged leadership through behavioral coaching and mentoring.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and performance management activities for employees.
  • Champion team member engagement and connect employees' work to corporate strategy.
  • Manage a profit and loss statement and activities that drive results.
  • Review metrics to determine efficiencies and recommend products, solutions, and best practices.
  • Manage large vendor relationships and commercial business offers.
Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of industry experience providing repair, maintenance, or emergency road services for passenger or commercial vehicles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Automotive or mechanical background.
  • Ability to drive vehicles equipped with a manual transmission.
  • Knowledge of equipment and tool operation and diagnostic and repair procedures.
  • ASE Certification.
