Responsibilities
  • Partner with other growth marketers, Analytics, Marketing Operations, Growth Product, Developer Relations, Web, and Product Marketing to accelerate time to value and monetize MongoDB Atlas users through the creation of personalized digital and human-touch experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with the Growth Product team to optimize user onboarding, engagement, and monetization, and continuously optimize programs and channels through new surface areas, experiments and A/B tests.
  • Take experiments through the full journey of ideation, planning, content creation, launch, and iteration.
  • Conduct and incorporate strategic product, market, and customer analyses to uncover high-potential user segments and better understand their needs, identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvement, and uncover and leverage new emerging channels to accelerate user time to value and speed to monetization.
  • Work collaboratively with our Product Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and understand relevant product launches and moments to roll into each customer program or campaign.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives reach revenue objectives.
