Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Key Account Management: Work closely with the team to identify key end user sites for acquisition, penetration, and retention.
  • Coordinate Customer Trials: Organise and manage on-site trials to demonstrate the benefits of Kimberly-Clark solutions compared to competitors.
  • Prepare and Present Proposals: Develop product proposals and present them to key customer personnel to secure new business.
  • Monitor and Retain Key Sites: Identify and regularly check in on key end user sites to ensure retention.
  • Hybrid and Face-to-Face Engagement: Utilise technology to maximise working time and travel regularly to visit customer sites in person.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to identify 'at-risk' sites and new penetration opportunities.
  • Report Performance: Provide updates to the Key Account Management team on end user site performance, maintaining accurate records in the Customer Resource Management system.
