  • Using data to make informed decisions on 'at-risk' sites and new penetration opportunities
  • Embracing digital technology (video, social media, eCommerce) to identify leads and business opportunities
  • Reporting back to Key Account Management team on end user site performance (updating KC Customer Resource Management system with reference data)
