  • 4+ years of experience developing and executing effective paid media campaigns
  • Clear track record of success supporting cross-functional teams in B2B SaaS to drive rapid revenue growth
  • Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup
  • Team player and an all-around good person
  • An ability to wear multiple hats and deliver results on time
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for learning and growing!
  • Know advertising platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc. inside and out
  • Experience analyzing data and using insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI
  • Has a bias for action
  • Has experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot
  • Is highly organized and efficient-able to tackle complex projects and campaigns and own them from start to finish
  • Strikes a balance between creativity, technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and execution
  • Is results-driven - deliberate in measuring and reporting on the success of each initiative
  • Establish clear metrics for measuring success
  • Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights
  • Develop reports and dashboards to communicate results to stakeholders
