Requirements
  • 5+ years as an experienced Zendesk Support Administrator
  • Experienced in multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company
  • Proficient in at least one area of technology/computing (i.e. Python, Javascript, SQL), with previous programming experience
  • Interested in problem solving and enjoy automating processes
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have a desire for continuous learning
  • A critical thinker who defaults to a client-centric approach
  • A thorough and effective communicator with meticulous documentation skills
Responsibilities
  • Support, maintain, and expand several SaaS platforms (Zendesk, JIRA, etc.) allowing Technical Solutions to focus on delivering the best customer experience
  • Develop & maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers
  • Work with stakeholders to identify technical needs and translate them into requirements, then evaluate and recommend technology solutions that best meet business objectives
  • Design and oversee the implementation of technology tools & systems that enable TS teams to achieve their KPIs and strategic goals efficiently
  • Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, process maps, and other documentation to ensure technology systems are well-designed and efficient
  • Ensure technology systems are scalable, reliable, and secure
  • Work a hybrid model of 3-5 days in the office per week
