Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Previous experience in client service or account management is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
