Requirements
  • 2+ year of Financial Analysis experience, preferably in a SaaS organization or high growth tech company
  • Advanced financial modeling experience within Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other quantitative field required
  • CPA or CFA preferred
  • Salesforce.com and NetSuite experience preferred
  • SQL and Power BI experience preferred
  • Excellent quantitative skills
  • High energy, curiosity and a desire to learn
  • Executive level communication, intense attention to detail and a tenacious work ethic
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced (high cadence) environment, acting with a sense of urgency for driving next steps
  • Commitment and accountability to follow through on committed actions
  • Willing to learn and take constructive feedback/coaching and adopt BrightEdge process
  • Finance, finance consulting - understanding basics of investments, projects, general financial knowledge
Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial reporting packages on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
  • Perform financial analysis and modeling of current and historical trends and KPI's including all areas of Sales, Cost of Sales, Contribution Margin and SG&A Expense
  • Build complex financial models that provide insight into strategic initiatives to be taken by Management
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
  • Participate in planning process including revenue forecasting and cost/budgeting initiatives
  • An assortment of Ad hoc analysis at the direction of the CFO
Desired Qualifications
  • Some experience with SEO/Digital Marketing is a plus
