Requirements
  • 7+ years experience in the Compensation field
  • Experience working for a fast-growing, global tech company is strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of compensation principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to inform compensation decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with sales teams and sales incentive plans
  • Job architecture design preferred
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive compensation information
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with compensation management software preferred (Workday, Pave)
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies and policies that support organizational goals
  • Build deep subject matter expertise on market trends and factors impacting talent attraction and retention
  • Lead annual salary review processes, including budget planning, salary band adjustments, and merit increase recommendations
  • Lead on preparation for Compensation Committee materials
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to provide guidance on compensation-related matters
  • Collaborate with Finance to forecast and budget for compensation expenses
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and prepare reports to support decision-making and provide insights to senior leadership
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members on compensation-related matters
  • Participate in special compensation projects as needed
