  • At least five (5) continuous years’ experience in performing all aspects of training system analysis and design, leading a multi-disciplinary training design implementation team.
Responsibilities
  • Performing all aspects of training system analysis and design, leading a multi-disciplinary training design implementation team.
  • Researches current educational technologies to ensure material is appropriate for intended audience, environment, and context
  • Provides training in structured writing, effective writing techniques, and test writing principles to course writers
  • Coordinates and plans a variety of professional development workshops in support of NETC mission
  • Conducts performance analysis and training needs assessments to assess client’s situation and identify critical performance gaps
  • Employs the techniques of systems thinking, job design, and process management to prescribe proper interventions
  • Provides facilitation support for internal and external clients
  • Creates original course and testing material by conferring with SME and researching technical publication on the information to be used and writes expository material
  • Maintains professional development supplies and materials
  • Represents the NETC Training Centers and at professional conferences and meetings
  • Addresses issues regarding system application and functionality
