Requirements
  • Led delivery of integrated vendor and/or internally built trading and portfolio management platforms, including order/execution management, market data, performance, and private investments, from requirements and vendor selection through implementation, cutover, and production support.
  • Technical depth to review designs, challenge assumptions, and make tradeoffs across performance, resiliency, data quality, and security.
  • Experience governing agile delivery, testing strategy, release and change management, environments, observability, and incident and problem management; day-to-day coding is not required.
  • Seven to ten or more years of experience delivering and operating investment or trading-system technology, with ownership of production platforms and releases.
  • Seven to ten or more years of experience building, structuring, and leading technology teams in engineering, data, and/or integration, including hiring, performance management, and coaching.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing delivery and support teams and communicate complex concepts clearly to business and technology audiences.
  • Ability to drive disciplined delivery for high-risk systems through cutover planning, change control, and release readiness.
  • Strong production mindset focused on reliability, performance and latency, recovery, and incident and problem management.
  • Ability to partner with Product Management and the Chief Investment Office to translate strategy into roadmaps and execution.
  • Ability to maintain data integrity and control from source through execution and reporting in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a team of technology professionals.
  • Own end-to-end delivery and production ownership for portfolio modeling, rebalancing, trading, subscription, and financial data provider platforms.
  • Establish delivery governance and agile ways of working and partner with Product Management to align priorities, scope, and outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery across Technology, Product, Operations, and vendors by managing plans, cutovers, dependencies, risks, test readiness, and releases.
  • Lead development of the platform roadmap, including modernization, cloud enablement, and integration/API strategy.
  • Provide technical oversight for architecture and integrations across order management system and execution management system platforms, custodians and brokers, market data providers, and downstream reporting using APIs, messaging, and streaming.
  • Advance the private investments technology stack by integrating subscriptions and commitments, capital calls and distributions, valuations, Schedule K-1s and documents, and data onboarding into portfolio management workflows.
  • Integrate private investments data and events into enterprise portfolio workflows and consumers, including analytics, performance and attribution, operations, accounting, risk, and reporting, while aligning data models and controls.
  • Govern data lineage, quality, and timing across investment processes such as pricing, benchmarks, performance, and attribution.
  • Own and report on platform stability, reliability, and operational readiness, including resilience, performance and latency, capacity, and recovery planning for market-hours workloads.
  • Implement observability through monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing, establish service-level objectives and service-level indicators, and drive stability and backlog initiatives.
  • Lead incident and problem management, including on-call readiness and root-cause analysis, and ensure high-quality releases and cutovers with rollback plans.
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Security to deliver controls and execute remediation, and partner with the Chief Investment Officer, Trading, and Operations on new capabilities.
  • Select and govern vendors and partners, including contracts, service-level agreements, and delivery quality.
  • Manage base personnel and software expenses according to the financial plan.

Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027. The new facility extends the maturity to 2031 and features improved terms, including lower interest rates and an expanded accordion feature increased from $75 million to $100 million. The facility will be used to fund acquisitions, capital expenditures, and potentially share buybacks. Borrowings accrue interest at SOFR plus 137.5 to 212.5 basis points, reduced from previous pricing. Bank of America serves as administrative agent, with Bank of Montreal and PNC Bank acting as co-syndication agents. Net interest income reached $1.25 billion, slightly missing the $1.26 billion estimate but showing 8.7% year-on-year growth. The net interest margin came in at 2.9%, matching analyst expectations. KeyCorp operates KeyBank across 15 states, providing retail and commercial banking, wealth management, and investment services. The company's revenue growth has accelerated recently, with annualised growth of 12.6% over the past two years compared to 2.1% over five years. Net interest income from lending operations accounted for 60.4% of total revenue over the last five years.

KeyCorp reported second quarter 2026 net income of $472 million, or $0.44 per diluted common share, up 26% year-over-year. Revenue reached $1.96 billion, increasing 7% from the prior year. Net interest income rose 9% year-over-year and 2% sequentially, with net interest margin expanding to 2.89%. Period-end loans grew $1.2 billion sequentially, driven by a $2.1 billion increase in commercial and industrial loans. The company repurchased $341 million of common shares during the quarter. Net charge-offs stood at 42 basis points, whilst the Common Equity Tier 1 ratio reached 11.2%.
