Responsabilidades
• Comunicarse con clientes por teléfono y reuniones virtuales

• Mantener relaciones profesionales con los clientes
• Registrar interacciones en el sistema CRM
Requisitos
• Residir en Estados Unidos
• Autorización legal para trabajar en EE. UU.
• Dominio del español
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación
• Experiencia en servicio al cliente o ventas es un plus
• Licencia de seguros de vida y salud (no requerida, se puede obtener durante el proceso)

Requirements
• Must reside in the United States
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Fluent Spanish required
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Life & Health insurance license (not required — can be obtained during the process)
