Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in Project or Portfolio governance, PMO
  • 5+ years' experience identifying key stakeholders, documenting current-state workflows, creating visual process maps, analyzing for optimization opportunities, and leading implementation and ongoing maintenance.
  • 5+ years' experience working with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas and macros in excel
  • 5+ years' experience with data structuring and/or enterprise level technology integrations
  • 3+ years' experience with Clarity PPM (Demand & Capacity, Financials, Portfolio Reporting)
Responsibilities
  • Drive organizational maturity in project portfolio management by establishing governance frameworks that promote strategic prioritization and resource transparency.
  • Collaborate with the Reporting team to track Clarity PPM usage and ensure consistent adoption across Operations.
  • Facilitate forecasting and resource planning sessions with project and resource managers, driving alignment and proactive capacity decisions.
  • Share demand and capacity trends with senior leadership, translating data into strategic insights and portfolio-level recommendations.
  • Partner with the PMO Governance Lead to uphold data accuracy through regular updates, audit reviews, and governance protocols.
  • Develop and distribute dashboards and reports that highlight actual and projected resource utilization, supporting planning and decision-making.
  • Establish and lead standardized demand and capacity processes, including resource fulfillment meetings and conflict resolution frameworks.
  • Facilitate the intake, assessment, and prioritization of project requests, filtering low-value efforts and promoting focus on initiatives with the highest strategic impact.
  • Partner with stakeholders to shape project pipelines and ensure business needs are reflected in resourcing plans.
  • Lead initiatives to understand, model, and forecast resource availability across Operations—including personnel, budget, and technology needs.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and advocate for timing adjustments or strategic trade-offs to improve delivery feasibility.
  • Enable smarter allocation of resources across the enterprise by guiding managers toward high-impact assignments and minimizing idle or misaligned effort.
  • Drive planning processes to ensure the right talent is deployed to the right workstreams at the right time.
  • Translate portfolio performance metrics—including resource utilization, time tracking, and project progression—into meaningful insights and leadership reporting.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to surface trends, risks, and opportunities that inform executive planning and investment decisions.
  • Provide business-focused leadership in platform use and future enhancements of Clarity PPM in partnership with Technology, supporting integration with operations strategy, data management, and forecasting.
  • Serve as a functional authority, helping users and leaders leverage the system to enable portfolio maturity and data-driven decisions, in collaboration with Technology.

MassMutual reports record $3.9B operating earnings, $2.9B dividend payout for 2025

MassMutual reported strong 2025 financial results, with statutory operating earnings reaching a record $3.9 billion. The mutual life insurance company achieved sales of $43 billion from its domestic insurance operations and grew client assets in wealth management to a record $312 billion. The company maintained its position as a top whole life insurance provider and increased total life insurance protection to nearly $1.1 trillion. MassMutual approved a record $2.9 billion dividend payout to eligible participating policyowners for 2026, the highest in its history. Total adjusted capital grew to $34.4 billion, with all four major rating agencies affirming MassMutual's ratings. The company paid $10.3 billion in insurance and annuity benefits during the year. MassMutual is celebrating its 175th anniversary in 2026.

Cincinnati Development Fund awarded grant to aid Affordable Housing projects. The Cincinnati Development Fund (CDF) has been awarded a new grant to aid in its mission to help local developers build more affordable housing. On Tuesday, the CDF says it secured a $400,000 grant from the MassMutual Foundation to support its Affordable Housing Leverage Fund, which helps advance local housing production goals and preserve existing affordable units. CDF says the grant will expand its ability to offer catalytic financing that helps local developers overcome early funding challenges and produce projects more efficiently. "We are honored to receive this support from the MassMutual Foundation and to see national partners recognize the strength of our model," Joe Huber, CEO of CDF, said in a press release. "This funding enhances our ability to meet the region's growing demand for affordable housing, and it affirms Cincinnati's leadership in creating innovative solutions that can be replicated across the country."
