  • Support the Sales and Inside Sales team by contributing drafting and reviewing RFPs answers, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with client requirements
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to communicate technical solutions effectively
  • Engage with customers and partners to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and cohesive customer experience.
