Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and related ERP experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience with ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of finance principles, concepts, and best practices.
  • Skilled in understanding Bill of Materials, data flow across enterprise applications, module and workflow rollout throughout the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external customers.
  • High energy, service-minded, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented.
  • Versatility and flexibility to work within constantly changing priorities.
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience (preferred).
  • SAP and Oracle ERP experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Provide finance subject matter expertise in areas of AP/AR, general ledger, invoice, costing, intercompany, expense reporting, and bank recompilation.
  • Document the current state processes for each finance function (AP, AR, GL).
  • Examine where there are process flow gaps and misalignments across locations.
  • Identify commonalities and standardizing core finance processes.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to establish and implement procedures to support the ERP implementation and ongoing optimization.
  • Produce detailed documentation that outlines the ERP system and process requirements and successful handoff of knowledge and ownership to the business users.
  • Participate in user support, documentation, troubleshooting, testing, and resolution of user issues and errors encountered in daily operations.
  • Co-develop and deploy a PLEX training curriculum, standards, and best practices for new and existing internal teams.
  • Be a key contributor to documenting and communicating across the organization.
