  • Perform complex financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and fairness opinions
  • Work in small deal teams with two or more senior members of the firm to analyze and execute mergers and acquisitions and principal investment transactions
  • Work closely with clients and perform financial modeling and valuation analyses
