Requirements
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years or experience in related fields
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or fast-growing startup is preferred
  • Proven customer portfolio management skills
  • Proven project management experience with success in managing deadlines, customers, and schedules
  • SQL and/or Tableau experience a plus, but readiness to learn on analytics skills is a must
  • You are confident in business and technical conversations and can break down complex concepts for anyone to understand
  • You are resourceful, scrappy, and creative — if a playbook doesn't exist yet, you are excited to figure it out and build it for the whole team to use
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of merchants based in the UK
  • Own their Sales and Quality performance on all European Back Market websites
  • Lead Business Review with your sellers to plan and manage strategic plans. Visit and audit their structures
  • Help to elaborate Back Market business strategy thanks to your field feedback & experience
  • Lead cross-team projects to tailor solutions for our Sellers
  • Be proficient leveraging data to track sellers performances and analyze trends and create projection
  • Highly contribute to our business growth by working cross functionally within Back Market
