What believers are saying

  • Zingage raised $12.5 million in October 2025 for engineering and go-to-market expansion.
  • Management says 500+ agencies use Zingage nationwide, validating product demand.
  • Beta agencies report more patients, better quality, and more manager time back.

What critics are saying

  • Zingage depends on home care reimbursements and Medicaid workflow adoption, slowing enterprise sales.
  • Axxess, WellSky, and HHAeXchange can build similar automation and squeeze Zingage out.
  • If beta results fail to replicate, Zingage becomes a brittle point solution before 2027.

What makes Zingage unique

  • Zingage Operator automates intake, scheduling, billing, and compliance for home care agencies.
  • HHAeXchange exposes Zingage to 32,000+ providers through Partner Connect.
  • Anthropic and ElevenLabs partnerships give Zingage uncommon AI infrastructure leverage.

Zingage brings AI agents to HHAeXchange's 32,000+ home care providers

Zingage, an AI agent platform for home care agencies, has integrated with HHAeXchange, giving more than 32,000 home care providers access to AI automation tools through the Partner Connect programme. The platform automates scheduling, phone operations, compliance documentation and recruiting. Agencies using Zingage have reduced staffing costs by up to 82%, with some seeing 35% growth in authorised care hours within eight weeks and 40% improvement in compliance rates within six weeks.
