  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 3.5 GPA or higher

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and prepare CPV's weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports: investment performance file, net asset value, brokerage positions, accounting reconciliations, quarterly flash file, investor capital account statements, and more
  • Manage liquidity needs and monitor all cash movements under the CPV / founder umbrella
  • Oversee the administration of the CPV and personal investment portfolios of the founder, including setting up and maintaining the infrastructure for investments, processing invoices, expenses, and capital calls, and distributing realizations to investors
  • Coordinate and support the annual audit process
  • Review and anticipate regulatory reporting and filing requirements
  • Maintain the current investment management technology platform
  • Foster effective relationships both within and outside the organization (i.e., banks, brokers, etc.)
  • Liaise with Point72 for all CPV's administrative, tax, compliance, legal, technology, finance, and operations matters
