Requirements
  • 2-4 years of contract management experience, required
  • Experience building contract processes, required
  • Experience working in Ironclad or in legal operations, required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Partner with legal and business stakeholders to review, negotiate, and execute contracts
  • Serve as a knowledge source for guiding business stakeholders through the contracting process, including through Stord's contract management software, Ironclad
  • Identify opportunities to improve the contract management process to drive operational efficiencies and standardization throughout Stord
  • Track the status of all Stord contracts from inception to signature with a data-driven approach
  • Manage and improve Stord's contract processes and contract workflows via Ironclad
  • Collect, maintain, and monitor contracts, approvals, and signatures
  • Maintain and manage contract templates, playbooks and training materials
  • Develop and track key legal KPIs and provide reporting on each
  • Address internal inquiries regarding contractual questions, obligations, and compliance
  • Create contracts and letters from templates and manage the template library
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, required (Law degree not required, but a JD or an MBA is a plus)
  • Logistics experience is a plus
