Requirements
  • Any graduate degree or a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources.
  • One to two years of experience in payroll management.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Talent and Culture Manager in developing annual and long-term Talent and Culture plans aligned with the organization's strategic plan.
  • Identify Talent and Culture strategies and program requirements to support effective recruitment, employee development, and retention.
  • Establish and maintain coordination and cooperation with all hotel departments to maximize cooperation, productivity, morale, and guest service.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all departments.
  • Respond to queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that the team is trained on all safety provisions.
  • Ensure that personnel are informed about department objectives and policies.
  • Motivate and develop the team to ensure smooth department functioning and promote teamwork.
  • Identify cost-effective use of resources and educate the team accordingly.
  • Promote and manage a positive, productive work environment with clear communication and fair, timely team evaluations.
  • Ensure employee compliance with established procedures and practices.
  • Resolve employee issues and inquiries.
  • Facilitate open, two-way communication and resolve employee-relations issues promptly.
  • Monitor employee turnover and take appropriate action to improve retention.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Administer employee-related processes in coordination with the Talent and Culture department.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection in partnership with the Talent and Culture Manager.
  • Monitor employee staffing and scheduling programs and ensure proper execution to provide appropriate service levels.
  • Be ready and responsible for other duties assigned by management.
