Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Two to five years of hands-on Workday experience.
  • Working knowledge of Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Time Tracking modules.
  • Experience building and loading Enterprise Interface Builder files.
  • Experience with test planning and execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily Workday system alerts, integration errors, and business process exceptions.
  • Triage issues and escalate them as needed to appropriate teams or Workday support.
  • Track recurring issues and flag trends for process or configuration improvement.
  • Respond to end-user questions related to Workday functionality.
  • Conduct functional and regression testing for Workday releases, patches, and updates.
  • Develop and execute test scripts for Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Time Tracking configuration changes.
  • Document test results and defects, and coordinate retesting with stakeholders.
  • Support user acceptance testing for new features and enhancements.
  • Build, load, and validate Enterprise Interface Builder files for mass data changes.
  • Ensure data integrity before and after Enterprise Interface Builder loads.
  • Troubleshoot Enterprise Interface Builder errors and coordinate corrections with Human Resources and Payroll partners.
  • Maintain documentation of Enterprise Interface Builder templates and load processes.
  • Perform configuration updates within Workday modules.
  • Support business process configuration, including condition rules and notifications.
  • Assist with configuration changes involving supervisory organizations, job profiles and compensation elements, and time off and absence plans.
  • Document configuration changes in accordance with change management standards.
  • Support tenant maintenance activities during Workday's bi-annual release cycles.
Desired Qualifications
  • Workday Pro Certification(s) in any Human Capital Management or Payroll modules.
  • Experience with Workday report writing, including Advanced and Matrix reports.
  • Experience in a large, multi-location organization.

Conifer Management has purchased 186,608 shares of Group 1 Automotive, worth an estimated $65.10 million, according to an SEC filing dated 14 May 2026. The transaction lifts Conifer's stake to 47.66% of its reported US equity assets under management. Group 1 Automotive operates over 250 automotive dealerships across the United States and United Kingdom, generating $22.47 billion in trailing twelve-month revenue. The company's shares traded at $334.33 on 14 May 2026, down 24% year-over-year. Despite the share price decline, Group 1 reported first-quarter revenue of $5.4 billion and increased diluted earnings per share to $10.82.
