Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of experience developing and scaling a growth or digital marketing function in a fast-paced startup environment. Deep expertise in both strategic development & tactical implementation of growth marketing is a hard requirement for this role
  • Ability to manage and leverage holistic marketing functions beyond growth/digital -- including brand, PR, and communications. You are keenly aware of the power of building your brand and leveraging it to drive organic growth over time
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth (ie. scaling from $10M-$100M ARR)
  • Deep experience across all customer acquisition and retention channels
  • You have a hacker's mentality and an unrelenting obsession with finding new ways to drive growth. You are driven by first principles thinking, not conventional wisdom or frequently-used solutions. You love solving ambiguous problems through rapid hypotheses testing
  • Highly analytical and data-driven. In-depth experience with the most current marketing analytics and tracking tools, with ability to implement them first-hand
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to take a complex genetic test and tell a compelling story that resonates well with different audiences
  • Outstanding cross-functional leadership skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead BillionToOne's comprehensive marketing initiatives from strategy to execution to drive transformational growth
  • Define and constantly improve growth metrics through rapid hypotheses testing, constant analysis, and campaign refinement
  • Launch and refine new customer acquisition channels by working closely with Product, Engineering, and Brand Marketing teams
  • Lead the implementation of marketing analytics tools and infrastructure to analyze the impact of marketing initiatives and refine them based on the numbers
  • Build and lead a world-class marketing team that will become an essential pillar of our company's growth engine
