Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with DoD acquisition programs
  • Experience with authoring clear, concise, and accurate documents and briefings for approval and presentation to senior leadership
  • Experience with the development or writing of Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW)
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Navy acquisition Program Streamline Acquisition Plan (PSTRAP) preparation
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000 series policies, procedures, and processes
  • Knowledge of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF)
  • Acquisition Professional Development Program Certification
  • PMP Certification
Responsibilities
  • draft full RFP packages, including identifying requirements, Statements of Objectives, and Statements of Work
  • complete procurement request packages
  • be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents
  • provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project’s success
  • build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
  • obtain concurrence
  • deliver meaningful acquisition support
