Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer-related occupation.
  • Full stack development with focus on Front end development using Angular 14+/ React for frontend and Node/Java for the backend.
  • Building Angular Apps using REST APIs.
  • Managing access control to the apps and follow security requirements (CSRF, cookie integrity).
  • Analyzing requirements and building a service or app.
  • Working as team member in a scrum team.
  • Support production systems and maintaining production infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams.
  • Development tools and release management tools such as Jenkins for CI/CD, Bitbucket, Confluence, IntelliJ and Jira.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols (HTTP/HTTPS/TLS/SSL) and network devices including switches, routers and loadbalancer.
Responsibilities
  • Be part of the Network Software Engineering Team to help design, enhance and build our Network Automation platform in an agile development environment.
  • Be part of multiple teams tasked with multiple projects ranging from User Interface Angular 8 and Angular 15 development, build full stack development of real-time transactional services, REST API services, Network Resources Automation-based workflows to provide highly functional, secure, scalable and resilient systems.
  • Work on unit testing, regression testing, code reviews, scrum calls, and continuous integration.
  • Position reports to the Employer’s Austin, Texas office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
