Responsibilities
  • Own the positioning and messaging for a portfolio of products
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive demand and adoption for existing products
  • Work with Product Manager to shape the product and go-to-market strategy for upcoming products
  • Create compelling sales collateral and drive the product roadmap
  • Launch product updates with tier methodology
  • Take ownership of Pendo, our in-app messaging tool
  • Draft messaging for product pillar that sets us apart in the market
  • Create customer case studies
  • Create battlecards for the sales team
  • Conduct win/loss interviews with customers and lost prospects
  • Develop compelling sales collateral
  • Lead cross-functional product launches and campaigns
  • Monitor sales and marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct market research including customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and competitive intel
