Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid state-required Esthetician or Cosmetology license is required.
  • At least 6 months of waxing experience is required.
  • The candidate must be able to mentor peers and provide in-the-moment feedback.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to support and influence peers are required.
  • The candidate must be able to learn and maintain EWC protocols and service timing.
  • The candidate must demonstrate passion for teaching, developing others, and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Excellent communication, patience, and professionalism are required.
  • The candidate must be able to guide, support, and positively influence team performance.
  • The candidate must be confident performing full-body waxing services for all genders and anatomies.
  • The candidate must be able to work with skincare and cleaning products in a fast-paced service environment.
  • E-Verify participation and successful completion of the E-Verify process are required for employment.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service as a Wax Specialist.
  • Progress into and perform Peer Trainer responsibilities.
  • Support new hires through their first 90 days.
  • Reinforce EWC standards and model service excellence.
  • Lead virtual peer-based educational workshops focused on guest experience, service consistency, and product knowledge.
Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to luxury service is preferred.
  • Open availability is preferred.
  • The position is available for full-time or part-time schedules based on center needs.
