Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field is required.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Test Lead or in a similar role in a professional software development setting is required.
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot applications are required.
- Proficiency with Selenium, JMeter, Postman, or similar tools for automation and application programming interface testing is required.
- Knowledge of Structured Query Language and scripting is required.
- Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes is required.
- Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases is required.
- The role requires the ability to lead and inspire a team of Quality Assurance testers.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a quality-oriented mindset are required.
- At least nine years of experience are required.
