We’re rapidly growing after our Series B and seeking a talented Growth Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, ideally for a B2B SaaS business. You will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive measurable growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
You’ll join a talented team at Anrok, working within the marketing team and reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead. You’ll also collaborate deeply with Anrok’s content and ops teams.
In this role, you will:
Own Anrok’s overall growth marketing strategy by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and optimize conversion rates across all digital and offline marketing channels.
Build, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels and ABM
Develop systematic testing frameworks to improve engagement and conversion rates through the funnel
Drive conversion rate optimization initiatives through ads, landing pages, and web
Test and scale new paid ad channels to diversify Anrok’s acquisition mix
Track and analyze performance through the entire funnel, producing detailed reports that identify trends and insights
Work closely with content marketing to develop campaigns and offers that drive engagement
Regularly communicate insights and trends to marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders
What excites us:
5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, with deep expertise in paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising platforms.
Proven track record of scaling paid channels and driving measurable business results
Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign optimization and performance analysis
Excellent communication and reporting skills with an emphasis on presenting performance data and actionable insights
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Curiosity for emerging strategies and tech related to performance and growth marketing
