Integration and Wargaming Manager

As Integration and Wargaming Manager, you’ll enhance A4L directorate capabilities—spanning maintenance, readiness, and munitions—by integrating them into tabletop exercises, studies, analyses, modeling, and simulation. You will directly support the Logistics Under Attack Capability Development team, generating after-action reports that shape resourcing, budgeting, and policy decisions.

What you’ll do:

• You will design and execute wargaming exercises that stress-test Air Force logistics capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives
• You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine logistics strategies through modeling, simulation, and data-driven analysis while contributing to capability development through the JCIDS process.
• You will facilitate after-action reporting to provide critical insights that inform force structure decisions, resource allocations, and policy recommendations.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• An active Top-Secret security clearance
• 10+ years military experience and APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
• Experience with planning and execution of 5+ HAF wargames (including Joint, HAF, MAJCOM).
• Experience coordinating strategic AF/A4 events to include A4 Enterprise Council, SECAF Operational Imperatives, Contested Logistics, ACE. Capability development experience through JCIDS process
