About the Role: 

We are looking for a super talented Mid-Senior Visual Designer to join our Brand Studio team. In this role, you will help concept and design (motion skills always appreciated)a wide range of global campaigns and projects.

As part of the wider Brand Marketing team, you will enjoy all the benefits of working within a friendly, collaborative, and dynamic environment alongside a multi-disciplinary team of creatives, designers, writers, illustrators, animators, producers and makers. The successful candidate will be highly skilled at visual design, with a track record for being hands-on, designing and building beautiful eye-catching work, across multiple channels. You enjoy crafting and shaping a concept, and you love the details.

Your Responsibilities:

• Concept and create eye catching, engaging content.
• Design and animate digital first content for social (TikTok, IG, YouTube etc.
• Produce supporting assets for both hero and micro campaigns.
• Help lead the visual design expression for the brand.
• Concept campaigns and collaborate across teams to deliver on global projects and campaigns.

 Your Skills:

• You have strong visual design craft skills with a solid understanding of interactive design principles.
• You have portfolio full of design craft, with an eye for detail.
• Previous experience as a Visual Designer or similar either in-house or with a tier one agency.
• A craftsperson who is eager to create unexpected, beautiful work.
• Equally comfortable working alone and thrive as part of a team.
• Good stakeholder management skills being able to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• A self-motivated creative who thinks your best work is ahead of you.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
