IBM Portal & WCM Specialist

Job Description

• Lead the technical development, implementation, and support for the ECIDS portal using the IBM Websphere Portal and IBM Web Content Management (WCM) tools

• Support and assist the development of the ECIDS user interface and overall creative design for the application including mobility support and utilization considerations

• Writing and testing program code

• Performing system implementation activities and technical support as needed

• Developing system and end-user documentation where needed

• Instructing and training for other team members and end users on the use of the ECIDS application

Qualifications

Must have hands-on, technical development work experience with IBM Websphere Portal.

Must have technical development experience with IBM Web Content Management(WCM) software tools.

Experience working with the Agile SDLC methodology

Web user interface/creative design

Mobility support for web applications

W3C and Section 508 accessibility guidelines
