Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of operations or quality assurance experience in a cGMP environment in the biotech/biopharma industry
  • Cell/Gene Therapy cGMP manufacturing experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge in cGMP
  • Experience with electronic document management systems
Responsibilities
  • Lead cross functional investigations independently
  • Ensure thorough root cause analysis and CAPA/EC determination
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert during regulatory audits
  • Support coordination of data collection and trend analysis
  • Recognize compliance issues and opportunities for process changes
  • Provide technical expertise in cell and gene therapy manufacturing
  • Work cross functionally with Quality to ensure robust investigations
  • Prepare communications with interpretation of data analysis
  • Provide guidance to other associates
  • Be action-oriented and customer-focused
  • Assimilate large amount of data quickly and simplify to coherent story
  • Interpret results and articulate recommendations for resolution
  • Work effectively across functional groups and teams
  • Willing to work on shift as required
