Requirements
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.
  • 3+ years experience with SAP GRC Process Control.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
  • Must be willing and able to travel 25% to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and maintain SAP GRC Process Control (GRC-PC) system
  • Monitor and analyze control activities to identify potential risks
  • Develop and implement controls to mitigate identified risks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Create operational documentation for the SAP GRC application and provide training / support to end-users on GRC-PC functionality
  • Drive engagements through various phases to ensure successful delivery.
  • Operate independently or with little support for meeting defined engagement objectives and goals.
  • Generate reports and recommendations for process improvements
  • Act as a liaison between IT, Internal and External Audit teams and functional business stakeholders to ensure ERP systems meet regulations, policies and compliance requirements.
Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Cybersecurity or related degree.
  • An understanding of key Government requirements around DFARS/NIST
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience of SAP security architecture and role-based authorization models within SAP system landscapes including S4HANA, BW S4/HANA, GRC, GTS, SolMan, MDG, BTP, Ariba, GRC PC and other related ERP applications
  • Experience in the execution and management of Information System’s (IS) incident response and administrative inquiries/investigations in collaboration with the Investigations department.
  • Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous networked environments in collaboration with Customers, the Information Technology (IT) Department and other Business Units.
