Responsibilities
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable observability solutions for diverse use cases across the organization.
  • Lead the development of automation frameworks and integrate monitoring tools such as the Grafana stack, AppDynamics, and ClickHouse.
  • Provide hands-on coding expertise in Python to develop and maintain observability solutions.
  • Utilize containers and Kubernetes for deploying and managing observability solutions.
  • Leverage APIs and data management skills to enhance observability capabilities.
  • Manage source code and version control using GitHub, ensuring best practices in version control, code sharing, branching, and collaboration.
  • Apply modern DevOps practices and an SRE mindset to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency of observability solutions.
  • Handle escalations and provide expert guidance to resolve complex issues related to observability and automation.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing technical oversight and contributing to the successful delivery of observability solutions.
  • Document processes and solutions, providing clear guidelines and support for IT operations and development teams.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and practices in observability and automation engineering, continuously seeking ways to improve operations and contribute to innovation within the team.
