Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with property underwriting and advanced financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with reading loan documents, joint-venture agreements, management agreements, and similar agreements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and ARGUS Enterprise.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Ability to develop and analyze real estate-based financial models focused on multifamily, office, and industrial assets.
  • Familiarity with complex financial models including waterfalls and various debt structures.
  • Ability to read and analyze investment, lease, and management agreements.
  • Ability to perform responsibilities independently and proactively, solve problems, and improve processes or services.
  • Ability to prepare and present information effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize duties, and ensure timely completion.
  • Ability to collaborate, actively listen, think critically, make decisions, manage time, and perform administrative tasks.

  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including extended computer workstation use and frequent operation of office equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the proactive monitoring and management of a portfolio of equity investments across various property types.
  • Review and analyze business plans, leasing activity, and monthly property operating performance.
  • Maintain detailed and complex asset-level cash flow reforecasting models.
  • Organize investment-level data for monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Evaluate and analyze potential new investments and assist with due diligence and investment execution.
  • Liaise with operating partners and leading members of the asset management team to review business plan execution.
  • Perform additional ad hoc analysis as needed.
  • Help train and mentor junior analysts.
  • Travel locally or nationwide to assets and client sites approximately 1-2 times per month as needed.
