- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar tools is a plus
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is desirable
- Self-motivated team player with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in technical writing or related field is an advantage but not required
- Currently pursuing a degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
- Create and update technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, tutorials, API documentation, and release notes
- Conduct research and gather information from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Follow established style guides and documentation standards to maintain consistency across all documentation
- Participate in review cycles and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve the quality of documentation
- Assist in managing documentation repositories and version control systems
- Support other technical writing initiatives and projects as needed
