Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar tools is a plus
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is desirable
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in technical writing or related field is an advantage but not required
  • Currently pursuing a degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
  • Create and update technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, tutorials, API documentation, and release notes
  • Conduct research and gather information from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
  • Follow established style guides and documentation standards to maintain consistency across all documentation
  • Participate in review cycles and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve the quality of documentation
  • Assist in managing documentation repositories and version control systems
  • Support other technical writing initiatives and projects as needed
