Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations
- 5 to 10 years of related experience in Supply ChainSystem/Governance, Supply chain Operations in an ERP-MRP driven environment. Experience in SAP a plus
- 2 to 5 years management experience
- Experience in medium to high volume manufacturing environments. Aerospace or Automotive a plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced and highly regulated environment
- Excellent team building skills and cross functional leadership

Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and grow the Supply chain Systems and Governance team
- Partner with the Supply chain leads to understand the systems needs and prioritize the projects. Work closely with the IT organization to set-up and develop the systems capabilities needed, and ensure on time and on quality deliverables. Accountable for the accuracy of data across the Supply chain organization and systems
- Partner with the functional Supply chain leads to standardize, streamline and optimize the Supply Chain processes, procedures and work instructions. Measure execution and compliance to the processes across the organization. Support the development of corrective actions as needed
- Measure the overall Supply chain performance. Develop and communicate the Single Version of Truth of Supply chain KPIs and key metrics
- Stay up to date with global Supply chain requirements and regulations, and ensure compliance across the supply chain organization
- Work closely with the different departments to continuously improve the Supply chain policies and procedures, in order to enhance the department value and efficiency
