Requirements
  • Experience in technical support for High Volume Enterprise deployment of ALM/UIP Systems including Monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Extensive technical and administrative knowledge in Aspect products specifically ACD, ALM, UIP, AQM and CallMiner.
  • Knowledge and experience in Contact Center ACD integration on platforms such as Avaya, Genesys, and Cisco.
  • Practical experience of solution deployments involving contact center solutions including Cisco ICM, IVR, NICE Call Recording, and AcmePacket Session Border Controllers.
Responsibilities
  • Lead installation/deployment effort with the vendor and document technical details (High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Business Requirements Document and Project Acceptance Report documents).
  • Build and document Test Plan and Test Cases against requirements.
  • Provide good presentation support to Client Manager for preparation of presentation deck.
  • Excellency communications skills, both written and verbal, for effective technical information presentation.
  • Apply problem solving techniques to technical issues and situations.
  • Documentation – create Functional Specifications and Technical References.
