Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking Quality Assurance Manager (Senior)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Five (5) years relevant experience.

• Quality assurance and quality control of IT Systems.

• Verification and validation, software testing and integration, and software metrics, and their application to software quality assessment.

• Maintaining and establishing a process for evaluating software and associated documentation.

• Determine the resources required for information technology quality control.

• Maintain the level of quality throughout the software lifecycle.

• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable 

Certifications

• IAT Level II

• Relevant Certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.

Clearance

• Secret - IT II 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops software quality assurance plans.

• Conducts formal and informal reviews at predetermined points throughout the development lifecycle.

• Applies subject matter knowledge to high level analysis, design, development, modeling, simulation, integration, installation, documentation and implementation. Resolves problems, which require an intimate knowledge of the related technical subject matter.

• Applies principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions. Includes but not limited to, environmental, scientific, maintenance and repair processes, and logistical support activities.

• Location: Remote with periodic support at Fort Belvoir or other places in the National Capitol Region.

• Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
