- Expertise in digital customer experience, websites and mobile-first business strategies.

- Act as a senior liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to implement and enhance Guidewire and related core systems.
- Focus on the customer’s digital journey, supporting the experience across Shelter Insurance’s website and mobile application.
- Work behind the scenes to optimize the technology and systems that drive self‑service.
- Translate business goals into clear requirements for internal teams and third‑party vendors.
- Analyze and document processes, and recommend system updates.
