Responsibilities
  • Maintain engagement with clients and be the key point of contact
  • Coach users on Kpler tools and data integration
  • Help uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
  • Align client goals with Kpler's objectives
  • Improve the Customer Success process
  • Ensure client contacts and documentation are up-to-date
  • Communicate with clients through various channels
  • Liaise with different teams at Kpler
