  • High school diploma or GED and legal US authorization to work for any employer
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; capable of lifting up to 55 pounds
  • MS Office Suite skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Have excellent customer service skills and be a team player
  • A valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation to and from work
  • Familiarity with computer basics is required
  • Attention to detail and ability to think through and resolve problems
  • Must have ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts, and establish priorities
  • Must be comfortable being on your feet 5-6 hours per day
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (DL) and ability to drive a courier van
  • Driving a courier van around campus to drop off/pick up mail and packages
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds; standing for long periods of time
  • Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
Responsibilities
  • Scan in all FedEx, UPS, Amazon packages and deliver them to staff/students throughout the building promptly
  • Process all incoming and outgoing USPS mail and apply postage using the postage machine
  • Drive a courier van around campus dropping off/picking up mail and packages and getting signatures from staff and students
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including job logs, time records, and productivity reports; troubleshoot issues with equipment, workflow, and client needs to maintain smooth operations
  • Handle USPS mail and packages and send out packages, printing package labels
  • Process packages to be sent out and deliver packages to students
  • Familiarity with computer basics is required
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with customers/students and other employees and team members
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking to resolve problems
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of service; multi-task, manage multiple accounts and establish priorities
  • Lifting up to 40 pounds; Standing for long periods of time; Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
