  • A strong commitment to safety.
  • Access to basic communication equipment, such as a phone, laptop, or tablet, and internet access.
  • Willingness to learn and exercise basic technical skills using Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
  • Some presentation skills.
  • High School/GED education.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with basic administrative and office-related tasks, including filing, phone calls, mail handling, moving or procuring office supplies, and organizing rooms.
  • Interact with the community served, including Child Welfare/FC.
  • Conduct research and report writing; support training, video projects, newsletter assembly, and other assigned creative projects.
  • Perform possible field work and travel to different office locations as necessary.
  • Participate in virtual and in-person meetings throughout the program and maintain consistent, appropriate contact with the mentor and internship coordinator.
  • Meet weekly assignments and deadlines.
