Senior Systems Integration Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer for assignment in Santa Clara, California. The selected candidate will focus on Gas Life Safety Systems for state of the art semi-conductor, industrial and commercial facilities.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

** This position is on-site in Santa Clara **

** Candidates with inductive automation (Ignition) software packages and/or Emerson Cimplicity are highly preferred **

Responsibilities

- Configuration and programming of facility management system PLC's and HMI/SCADA interfaces

- Provide on-site assistance during startup and testing activities

- The role has opportunity in growth expansion to work with our team in other highly complex systems, including producing designs for electrical circuits and panels, designs for control systems, for a variety of facility core and shell processes, and developing options and optimizations for all aspects of the process control, instrumentation and automation

Qualifications

- Associates Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Instrumentation

- 5+ years of Industrial Systems Integration experience

- Knowledge of PLC's and SCADA systems

- Experience with Inductive Automation (Ignition) software packages

- Experience with Emerson Cimplicity

- Experience with SQL is highly preferred

- An understanding of pressure, temperature, flow, level switches, calibration and maintenance knowledge is highly preferred

- An understanding of analog, digital and relay field wiring / troubleshooting is highly preferred
