Salary: $85,000 - $105,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of food service operations at both locations
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including dietary guidelines and sanitation standards
• Develop and implement nutritionally balanced meal plans tailored to residents’ dietary needs
• Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food service standards
• Monitor inventory, budget, and cost controls for dietary operations
• Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to support resident health and dietary requirements
• Foster a positive and productive team culture within the dietary departments

Who We’re Looking For:

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or healthcare food service management strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of dietary regulations, food safety, and sanitation
• Ability to multitask and oversee operations at multiple locations
• Passion for enhancing the dining experience for residents
