Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant ITIL based service management experience
  • Experience working in Asset Management, CMDB functions, Problem, Change, Event, and Service Catalog Management processes
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience utilizing Service Management tools preferably ServiceNow
  • Experience in driving a full cycle implementation of ServiceNow
  • Education/Certification/License:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • ITIL V3 expert certification
Responsibilities
  • Own ITSM processes, strategically drive adoption through the IT department
  • Create process framework, tooling and deployment for Asset management, CMDB, Event Management, Change Management, Release Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog and Continual service improvement
  • Build, coach, mentor Service management team
  • Work closely with engineering, project management, operational and engineering peers to develop innovative technical solutions that meet Lucid's needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Define, design, and implement processes and procedures based on industry standard Information Technology Infrastructure Library framework
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap that drives implementation throughout IT for ITSM delivery, metrics and governance
  • Partner with other leaders across the organization and champion the day-to-day operation, continuous improvement and governance of the lifecycle of IT Service Management
  • Develop and implement an overall IT Service Management training strategy and plan
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action completion across IT; help eliminate disruption of services and improve day-to-day operations using validated problem analysis and tracking all elements of the RCA to closure
  • Work closely with Compliance, internal and external audit teams
  • Participate on technical calls for major incidents and outages

  • Technical experience working with the Configuration Management database (CMDB) is a plus
