Job Description

The Cloud System Architect will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Cloud Infrastructure Services hosted in multiple cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

Provide Tier I/II and Tier 3 (Escalation to Architecture Team) resolution of customer capacityrequests.
Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers.
Provide connectivity and utilization support to Cloud Infrastructure Services managed cloud environment customers.
Provide customer support throughchat, email and capacity request ticketing.

Must Have:

Strong knowledge of cloud solutions included but not limited to AWS, OpenStack and Microsoft Azure products.
Demonstrated experience using tools like OpenStack, Eucalyptus, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
Possess one active mid-level or advanced cloud certification (i.e. AWS, Azure, OpenStack).
9 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
Must work with little to no prescriptive guidance.

Nice To Have:

Developmentexperience with both Linux and Windows workloads using cloud technologies with automation including Amazon Cloudformation, OpsWorks, Ansible, Chef, and Docker.
Demonstrated experience writing software scripts using languages such as Perl, Python, or Ruby.

Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI with polygraph

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. $108,500—$214,300 USD
