  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR/communications, business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of digital/social media experience
  • Understanding of the social media landscape and the basic mechanics of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram/Threads, X, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube)
  • Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for uncovering the latest social, digital and cultural trends
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
  • Well-versed in AP style
  • Experience using social media management tools (e.g. Percolate, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Spredfast, CreatorIQ, etc.) and managing social channels on behalf of brands
  • Use of workflow management software like Asana
  • Comfortable working remotely and with team members located in other cities and time zones
  • A detail-oriented approach to your work
Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day team needs for one of the most-sought-after teams in the agency
  • Contribute to The Bridge, Golin’s real-time and relevance engine that offers trend analysis, media and consumer insights, and creative inspiration
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in how brands engage on platforms like TikTok, Instagram/Threads, X, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Stay up to date on the news and emerging trends and keep team members in the know of the evolving social and cultural landscape
  • Assess and vet influencers and creators for brand safety risks
  • Coordination and ongoing management of vendors and partners who work with the team
  • Work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with all members of the team to deliver excellent work product on behalf of clients
  • Project manage ongoing marketing programs, working with team members and utilizing workflow management tools like Asana
