What You’ll Do
Be an owner - you will make it your mission to deliver customer value. You’ll get creative with solutioning and take responsibility for driving impact. Some days that may be hopping on a sales call, other days that may involve writing help documentation. There is no task that isn’t part of your job description.
Collaborate and communicate - you will collaborate with all teams within the company and all parties outside of the company to be most effective in your role.
Learn - you will be a voracious learner. A lack of experience/knowledge around a challenge is an invitation to dive deep and become an expert in that area. You should love learning and tackling new challenges.
Put customers first - you will understand our customers, define every use case a customer would consider and prioritize projects to deliver value. You sweat the details and are passionate about making sure that every experience is understood, anticipated, and handled elegantly.
Your First 90 Days
In your first 30 days, you will get acclimated to Klaviyo and become a subject matter expert:
- During the first two weeks, you will be immersed in an onboarding program that introduces you to the company and the product.
- Interview and shadow customer and prospect calls to become the go-to expert on a new market.
In your first 60 days, you will deliver impact through key deliverables for your team:
- Spec and fully document your first data integration
- Enable sales / CS / marketing counterparts through trainings and materials
- Establish a cadence with key stakeholders to start driving progress towards KPIs
In your first 90 days, you will continue to increase your influence:
- Formulate the larger strategy for your market audience
- Build tracking of KPIs to share with stakeholders
- Contribute to team processes and knowledge sharing to integrate learnings
Who You Are
- 2+ years of product management experience or equivalent time in customer-facing technical roles
- Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on brevity and clarity for complex topics
- Empathic and deeply curious with an ability to leverage these attributes to do great product work
- Eagerness to learn and an entrepreneurial drive
- Great collaborator with low/no ego who can move complex projects forward with cross-functional peers (e.g. engineering, design)
- This role is based out of Boston, MA

The starting pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.
Starting Pay Range For All US Locations:
$112,000—$168,000 USD
